b) Job 5:2. Has a destructive power.
c) Acts 7:9. Can occur in our own family.
d) Romans 1:29. Is wickedness.

‘Treasure The Word Of God.’
a) Deuteronomy 6:7; 11:19. In the family.
b) 2 Chronicles 17:9. Take it and teach the people.
c) Ezra 7:10. Study it.
d) Nehemiah 8:8. Clearly explain it to people and help them understand it.
e) Matthew 15:10. We are to listen to it and try to understand.
f) Luke 24:45. The Lord can open our minds to understand it.

Jealousy has a destructive power. Marriages can be destroyed by it. Friendships can be broken by it. Confidence can be lost through it. Some people justify jealousy by saying that everyone has a problem with it. This is incorrect thinking, if we have the sin of jealousy we should repent of it and renounce it.
