It is a Scriptural injunction that we should Pray for the right kind of Leaders to be in our Churches. Natural obvious life-style and Spiritual Life are both important factors and evidences for a proof for Leadership. Jesus Christ Himself is a great example for Church Leaders. Imitating Christ is a stimulating motive.
