Romans 8:7.
a) The mind set on the flesh is hostile to God.
b) The mind set on the flesh does not submit to God's Law.
c) The mind set on the flesh cannot submit to God's Law.
(This QT makes me want to be free from The Mind Set On The Flesh)

'A Message Not Always Appreciated.'
1 Corinthians 1:23.
a) We preach Christ crucified.
b) A stumbling block to Jews.
c) Folly to the Gentiles.
(This Second one helps me realise that I have A Message Not Always Appreciated)
PRAYER: That we, and our Churches, will not compromise the Gospel. It is a Message not always appreciated.

Although the Preacher is to take prayerful care in the preparation of his Message, that care does not ensure that the Message will be always appreciated. The Preacher is not preaching to please people, he should be preaching with the Fear of God in his heart, accompanied by the Love of God for His People. The Fear of God and the Love of God are good foundations to maintain in Sermon preparation.
