Command And Teach!


'Command And Teach.'
a)  1 Timothy 5:7; 4:11. So that God's People can be without reproach as they obey and learn. 
b)  1 Timothy 6:2. About practical things. 
c)  Matthew 10:5; Mark 6:8. Instruct them.
d)  Luke 5:14. Confidentiality. 
e)  1 Thessalonians 4:11. The Command is:-
1-Aspire to live a quiet life. 
2-Attend to your own business. 
3-Work with your own hands. 
f)  2 Thessalonains 3:4. Do now, and in the future, what we are commanded to do. 
g)  2 Thessalonians 3:6. To keep away from undisciplined people. 
h)  2 Thessalonians 3:10. If you do not work, you cannot share fellowship at the meal table. 
i)  2 Thessalonians 3:12. Work quietly and provide your own food.
(This QT teaches me that these things I am to Command And Teach)

'A Need Not Easy To Fulfil.'
Titus 1:13. 
a)  The Cretians were lazy people. 
b)  They needed to be rebuked sharply by the Servant of the Lord. 
c)  Then they can become sound in the Faith. (Lazy people are not sound in the Faith)
(This Second one teaches A Need Not Easy To Fulfil)

Being spiritual also includes being practical. Apostle Paul urged the young pastor Timothy to teach about practical things. I still believe that practical things need to be taught today in our Churches as well as "spiritual" things. Being Biblically practical is also being Biblically spiritual.
