‘What God Has For Us.’
1 Corinthians 2:9-10.
a) Eye has not seen.
b) Ear has not heard.
c) It has not entered into our heart.
d) There are things which we do not know about yet that God has prepared for those people who love Him.
e) God reveals these things to us by the Holy Spirit.
f) The Holy Spirit searches and knows the things of God.

‘Godliness.’
a) 1 Timothy 4:7-8. Is something we need to exercise.
b) 1 Kings 9:4. We are to follow the Lord with it.
c) Psalm 132:9 & 16. We should be clothed with it.
d) Proverbs 11:6. Will rescue us.
e) Proverbs 13:6. Guards the path of the blameless people.
f) Proverbs 14:34. Makes a Nation great.
g) Proverbs 15:9; 1 Timothy 6:11. Pursue it and we will know the Love of the Lord.
h) Isaiah 58:8. Will lead us forward.
i) 1 Timothy 2:2. Is what God wants us to live in.
j) 1 Timothy 5:4. Should be in our homes.
k) 1 Timothy 6:3. Comes through the Words of our Lord Jesus Christ.
l) 1 Timothy 6:6. With contentment is great gain.
m) 2 Peter 1:6-7. Is something to build upon in our lives.
(This Second one gives me the desire to continue in Righteousness)

We do not know the things that God has for us by simply listening with our ears. If we only try to do this we will be easily deceived. There are many false “prophets” today who are only too ready to speak their words over our lives like a fortune teller. God wants to reveal to us by His Holy Spirit the things that He has for us.
