'Jesus Knew All.'
John 18:4.
a) Jesus knew all that was going to happen to Him.
b) Jesus continued to go out to the people.
c) Jesus asked them.
d) "Who is it that you want?"
(This QT reminds me of the sacrificial heart of Jesus: Jesus Knew All)

'The Rulers Did Not Understand.'
1 Corinthians 2:8.
a) None of the Rulers of this dispensation.
b) Understood God's Wisdom.
c) If they had understood.
d) They would not have crucified the Lord of Glory.
(This Second one teaches me that The Rulers Did Not Understand)

The ultimate Sacrifice is that made for all mankind by Jesus Christ at the Cross. Right from the beginning of His Life as a boy, as recorded in the Scriptures, we can read clearly of His Sacrificial Nature. There are so many ways in which He gave Himself for mankind. Our response to Him should be one of worshipful awe.
