d) Over the kings of the Earth.
e) Revelation 16:19. The Great City is Babylon, which will sit under the Judgement of God. (The spirit of Babylon is prevalent over many huge cities today)

The City of Babylon will sit under the Judgement of God! This is the Truth of God's Word. The fact is that all people will face God after leaving this Earth. The details of the various Judgements are subject to the differing opinions of various esteemed theologians, but the fact is that God is Judge and that the Judgement(s) of God are part of life in Eternity.
