An Awful Judgment!


'An Awful Judgment.'
Isaiah 53:8-9.
a)  The judgment on Jesus was totally unjust.
b)  By oppression He was taken away.
c)  By unjust judgment He was taken away.
d)  Nobody from His generation protested.
e)  He was cut off from the land of the living.
f)  He was punished for the transgressions of the people.
g)  He was assigned a grave amongst the wicked rich.
h)  He did no violence.
i)  There was no deceit in His Mouth.
(This QT teaches me about An Awful Judgment)

'They Condemned Themselves.'
John 9:40-41.
a)  The Pharisees asked Jesus if they were blind.
b)  Jesus told them.
c)  That if they were blind they would not be guilty of sin.
d)  The Pharisees claimed that they could see.
e)  That means their sin and guilt remains.
(Through this Second one I understand that They Condemned Themselves)

By unjust judgment Christ was taken away to be crucified. This was the Prophesied death of Jesus Christ. It was horrific and yet it was abundant Grace for us. The innocent One died painfully for the guilty ones. If we have suffered unjust judgment in one way or another we can be comforted because of what Jesus suffered for us.
