e) Matthew 5:14; Ephesians 5:8; Philippians 2:15. True Believers are lights of the World.
f) Luke 11:34. For our body comes in through our eyes.

h) John 12:35-36; 1 John 1:7. Walk in it and trust in it whilst we can.
i) Acts 26:18. People need to turn from darkness to it.
j) Ephesians 5:14. Makes everything visible.
(Through this QT I desire to always live in the Light)
-------------------------
‘The Glorious Son Of God – Jesus Christ.’
Hebrews 1:3.
a) He radiates God’s Own Glory.
b) He expresses the very Character of God.
c) He sustains everything by the Mighty Power of His Command.
d) He has cleansed us from our sins.
e) He is seated in the place of honour at the Right Hand of the Majestic God in Heaven.
(Through this Second one I find The Glorious Son Of God – Jesus Christ)
-------------------------
Chris.
Light for our body comes in through our eyes. The eye gate is a very influential gate as far as our bodies are concerned. We need to be good stewards of our eyes. The things we look at can determine the state of our inner man. Let us keep our eyes pure and in doing so it really helps to keep our lives pure.

Effective Ministry Gifts Of Christ!

‘Effective Ministry Gifts Of Christ.’
Ephesians 4:11-12.
a) Jesus Christ has given to the Church:-
1- Apostles.
2- Prophets.
3- Evangelists.
4- Shepherds.
5- Teachers.
b) These people are to equip the Church for the work of ministry.
c) These people are to build up the Body of Christ.
(This QT shows me Effective Ministry Gifts Of Christ)
------------------------
‘The People Who Know Their God.’
Daniel 11:32.
a) The people who know their God.
b) Shall stand firm.
c) Shall take action.
(Through this Second one I want to be amongst The People Who Know Their God)
------------------------
Chris.
Shepherds! These are commonly called “Pastors” in English speaking countries and also countries that have been served by English speaking Missionaries. I like the word “shepherd” it gives a very good description of how a leader of God’s People should be. One who cares for and feeds the flock of God. May God raise up more true shepherds for His Flocks.

Leaders Do Not Compromise With Bad People!

‘Leaders Do Not Compromise With Bad People.’
(Especially Good Leaders)
a) Proverbs 20:26. A wise leader winnows the wicked people.
b) Proverbs 20:26. A wise leader drives the wheel over the wicked people.
c) Matthew 3:12. Jesus will:-
1- Have a winnowing fork in His Hand.
2- Clear His threshing floor.
3- Gather the wheat into His barn.
4- Burn the chaff with unquenchable fire.
(This QT reminds me that Good Leaders Do Not Compromise With Bad People)
-----------------------
‘When The Lord Gives The Keys Of The Kingdom Of Heaven.’
a) Matthew 16:19. Whatever we bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven.
b) Matthew 16:19. Whatever we loose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven.
c) Isaiah 22:22. Jesus possesses and has Authority over those keys.
d) Revelation 1:18. Jesus holds those keys continually after His Resurrection. They belong to Him and not to us.
e) Revelation 3:7. When Jesus opens with those keys no one can shut and when Jesus closes with those keys, no one can open.
(Through this Second one I see what happens When The Lord Gives The Keys Of The Kingdom Of Heaven)
-----------------------
Chris.
The Lord will gather the wheat into His barn. May we who read this, by the Grace of God, be wheat that will be gathered into the Lord’s barn! The Bible clearly teaches us that our lives should be lived for the Glory of God. Whatever our function in God’s Plan for our lives as True Believers, living for the Glory of God should be our motive.

Pray For These Gifts To Be Manifested!

‘Pray For These Gifts To Be Manifested.’
1 Corinthians 12:10.
a) The Gift of performing of miracles.
b) 1 Corinthians 14:3. The Gift of prophecy.
c) The Gift of distinguishing between spirits.
d) The Gift of different kinds of languages.
e) The Gift of interpretation of languages.
(Through this QT I Pray For These Gifts To Be Manifested in the Churches in a way that is Biblical and that Glorifies God)
----------------------
‘What A Gift.’
Psalm 115:16.
a) The Heavens.
b) Belong to the Lord.
c) The Earth.
d) The Lord has given to the human race.
(This Second one causes me to proclaim: What A Gift)
----------------------
Chris.
The Gift of interpretation of languages has need of both being understood and also practised. Firstly, it is to be used in the public service in response to the public manifestation of the Gift of different kinds of languages, especially when no one understands the language gift. Secondly, it also has a more natural use when ministry is given by a person speaking, preaching or teaching in a foreign language and what they say needs to be interpreted into the language of the listeners.

Jesus Christ Fills All Things!

‘Jesus Christ Fills All Things.’
Ephesians 4:7-10.
a) Ephesians 4:7. Grace is given to each one of us according to the riches of Christ’s Gifts.
b) Ephesians 4:8. The Word of God says that when Christ ascended on high He led captivity captive.
c) Ephesians 4:9. To say that Christ ascended it means also that Christ must have descended to the Earth before that.
d) Ephesians 4:10. He Who descended is the same Who also ascended far above all the Heavens that He might fill all things.
(This QT reminds me that Jesus Christ Fills All Things)
---------------------
‘The First Steps Of The Trained Disciples.’
Mark 16:20.
a) They went forth.
b) They preached everywhere.
c) The Lord worked with them.
d) The Lord confirmed the Word by the Signs that followed.
(This Second one shows me The First Steps Of The Trained Disciples)
--------------------
Chris.
Thank God the Father that He sent His Son into the World to die for our sins on the Cross. Thank God the Father that He sent His Son into World to demonstrate His Love in healing, teaching and setting people free. Thank God the Father that He sent His Son into the World to speak strongly against hypocrisy and injustice.

We Should Not Trap Ourselves With Our Mouths!

‘We Should Not Trap Ourselves With Our Mouths.’
a) Proverbs 20:25; Ecclesiastes 5:6. We trap ourselves by making rash promises to God and then only later counting the cost.
b) Matthew 3:8. We trap ourselves by cheating God.
c) Acts 5:1-4. We trap ourselves by lying to the Holy Spirit and to God.
(This QT reminds me that I should not trap myself with my mouth)
--------------------
‘To Serve As.’
a) Isaiah 8:18. People who are signs and wonders from the Lord to His People.
b) Genesis 15:14; 1 Kings 9:21; 2 Chronicles 8:8. Slaves in the Will of God.
c) Exodus 1:16. Midwives.
d) Exodus 18:13 & 22; 2 Chronicles 19:8. A judge for the people.
e) Exodus 28:41; 30:20. Consecrated priests.
f) Exodus 28:43. Priests in the Holy place.
g) Exodus 31:10; 35:19. Priests wearing special clothes.
h) Leviticus 8:35. The Lord tells us.
i) Leviticus 16:32. An anointed and ordained chief priest.
j) Numbers 3:3. Anointed priests.
k) 1 Samuel 2:28. The Lord’s Priest.
l) 1 Kings 9:22; 2 Chronicles 8:9. As:-
1- Fighting men.
2- 1 Chronicles 23:4; 2 Chronicles 19:11. Government officials.
3- Officers.
4- Army Captains.
5- Chariot commanders.
6- Charioteers.
m) 1 Chronicles 25:1. Prophets.
n) 2 Chronicles 19:8. Gatekeepers.
o) 1 Timothy 3:10. Deacons.
(This Second one reminds me To Serve As whatever the Lord wants me To Serve As)
--------------------
Chris.
Some people do not like the word “serve”, they think that they should have a “more important” function and therefore they really miss the Plan that God has for them. Jesus Christ Himself came as a Servant and gave His Life in service. All True Believers have so many opportunities to serve in different ways.

Just Leave It As It Is!

‘Just Leave It As It Is.’
Revelation 22:18-19.
a) This is a solemn declaration.
b) To everyone who hears the Words of Prophecy written in the Book of Revelation.
c) If anyone adds anything to what is written in this Book.
d) God will add to that person the plagues that are written in the Book.
e) If anyone removes any of the Words from this Book of Prophecy Revelation.
f) God will remove that person’s share in the Book of Life.
g) God will remove that person’s share in the Holy City.
h) Both the Book of Life and the Holy City are described in the Book of Revelation.
(This QT urges and reminds me to Just Leave It As It Is, this is especially pertaining to the Book of Revelation)
-------------------
‘Biblical Brass.’
a) Judges 16:21. Was used for making fetters.
b) 1 Samuel 17:5. Was used for armour.
c) 1 Chronicles 15:19; 1 Corinthians 13:1. Was used for musical instruments.
d) Matthew 10:9. Was used for coinage.
e) Isaiah 48:4. Was used to indicate stubbornness.
f) Jeremiah 6:28. Was used to indicate rebellion.
g) Ezekiel 22:18. Was used to indicate dross like people.
h) Psalm 107:16. Was used for the manufacture of gates.
i) Micah 4:13. Was used to indicate strength and victory.
j) Daniel 2:39. Was used to describe a kingdom.
k) Zechariah 6:1. Was used to describe mountains.
l) Numbers 21:4-9; John 3:14-15. A serpent was made of it at God’s Instruction.
(Through this Second one I learn more about Biblical Brass and its deeper meanings)
-------------------
Chris.
We should never add anything to the Word of God. This is very clearly written in the Bible and also indicates the pure sufficiency of God’s Word. When people add things to the Word of God that are not there, whether it is in writing, teaching or preaching they are on dangerous grounds. This is the first step into cultism.

There Is One!

‘There Is One.’
Ephesians 4:4-6.
a) Ephesians 4:4. There is one:-
1- Body. (The Body of Christ)
2- Spirit. (The Holy Spirit)
3- Hope that we are called to share in.
b) Ephesians 4:5. There is one:-
1- Lord. (Jesus Christ)
2- Faith.
3- Baptism.
c) Ephesians 4:6. There is one God and Father of all who is:-
1- Over everything.
2- Through everything.
3- In everything.
(This QT simply and yet profoundly tells me that There Is One)
------------------
‘Trust In God’s Word.’
Proverbs 30:5-6.
a) Every Word of God has proven to be True.
b) God is a Shield to those people who come to Him for protection. We find the Promises of protection in the Word of God.
c) We should not add to God’s Word.
d) If we add to God’s Word He will reprimand us.
e) If we add to God’s Word we will be found to be liars.
(This Second one encourages me to Trust In God’s Word)
------------------
Chris.
As True Believers we are encouraged by the Scriptures to think about the Oneness of our life in the Lord. We are a part of the Body of Christ and God wants us to fit well together with the other parts. We have the same Holy Spirit as all other True Believers so we should be able to fellowship with them in a Biblical way.

Geber – The Men With Strength!

‘Geber – The Men With Strength.’
a) Proverbs 20:24. Their steps are from the Lord.
b) Exodus 10:11. They can go and Worship the Lord.
c) Job 38:3; 40:7. Are accountable to God.
d) Psalm 52:7. Without God they become wicked.
e) Psalm 88:4. Sometimes have no strength left.
(Through this QT: Geber – The Men With Strength, I pray for the men in the Churches I am serving here)
-----------------
‘Do Not Be Led Astray.’
Matthew 24:24.
a) False christs will arise.
b) False prophets will arise.
c) These people will show great signs and wonders.
d) They will try to lead God’s elect astray.
e) Beware of them.
(Through this Second one I heed the warning: Do Not Be Led Astray)
-----------------
Chris.
The Church needs to have men with strength to serve within and also to serve outside to. There are, in so many Churches, needs that can be met in some way by men with strength. If these men are humble and willing they can really make a positive difference to the life of the Church.

To Gain Christ!

‘To Gain Christ.’
Philippians 3:7-8.
a) There needs to be a change of priority in our lives.
b) Old things once thought so important become meaningless in the Light of Christ.
c) There is infinite value in knowing Christ as Lord.
d) Discard the old ways and treat them as garbage.
e) Then we can gain Christ.
(This QT shows me the pathway I need to take To Gain Christ)
----------------
‘True Gospel Presentation.’
1 Corinthians 2:3-5.
a) 1 Corinthians 2:3. Apostle Paul had no self confidence or rude boldness. He came to preach the Gospel in Corinth in:-
1- Weakness.
2- Timidity.
3- Trembling.
b) 1 Corinthians 2:4. Paul’s Message and Preaching were very plain.
c) 1 Corinthians 2:4. Paul did not use clever and persuasive speeches.
d) 1 Corinthians 2:4. Paul ministered in demonstration of the Holy Spirit and Power.
e) 1 Corinthians 2:5. Paul wanted them not to trust in human wisdom but in the power of God.
(Through this Second one I discover True Gospel Presentation)
----------------
Chris.
The ultimate goal of every True Believer must surely be to gain Christ. For a long time I have been aware of, and I have disapproved of, Churches being used for money lending and for political means. I believe firmly that that Church exists only for the Glory of God and the Salvation of human beings and should not exist for any other purpose.

Walk Worthily Of Our Calling!

‘Walk Worthily Of Our Calling.’
Ephesians 4:1-3.
a) Ephesians 4:1. Apostle Paul, although under house arrest, was able to continue in his writing.
b) Ephesians 4:1. He strongly appealed to the Ephesus Church to walk worthy of their Calling.
c) Ephesians 4:2. The way to walk worthy:-
1- Lowliness.
2- Meekness.
3- Longsuffering.
4- Forbearing one another in love.
d) Ephesians 4:3. They were to be diligent to keep the unity of the Holy Spirit in the bond of Peace.
(This QT exhorts me to Walk Worthily Of My Calling)
----------------
‘Living In Humility.’
2 Corinthians 12:4-5.
a) Apostle Paul heard of many people’s wonderful experiences.
b) Apostle Paul could have boasted about his own experiences.
c) Apostle Paul only boasted in his infirmities.
(This Second one encourages me to be Living In Humility)
----------------
Chris.
True Believers surely have a strong desire to walk in a manner that is worthy of the Lord. If Church attendees do not have such a desire I cannot see that they are True Believers. The Church is not a human organisation and should not be run as such. The Church is the Body of Christ of which He is the Head.

Honesty In Business!

‘Honesty In Business.’
a) Proverbs 20:23 & 10. The Lord detests double standards.
b) Proverbs 20:23. The Lord is not pleased by dishonest scales.
c) Ezekiel 45:10. We should only be honest, no other way.
d) Hosea 12:7. We should not be crafty in business.
e) Amos 8:5. We should not cheat people.
(This QT clearly teaches me how the Lord calls for Honesty In Business)
---------------
‘Beautiful Work Of The Holy Spirit.’
John 16:14.
a) The Holy Spirit always Glorifies Jesus.
b) The Holy Spirit takes from what is of the Lord Jesus.
c) The Holy Spirit declares the things of the Holy Spirit to us.
(Through this Second one I can see the Beautiful Work Of The Holy Spirit)
---------------
Chris.
The Lord calls for honesty in business. This is His Standard for every True Believer business person. Honesty in business is a necessity if we are to Glorify God with our business. This not just mean the goal of our business but it also means our business method.

To Really Know Christ!

‘To Really Know Christ.’
Philippians 3:10.
a) Means also experiencing the Mighty Power that raised Him from the dead.
b) Means learning what it means to suffer with Him.
c) Means sharing in His Death.
(Through this QT I am challenged To Really Know Christ)
--------------
‘When The Holy Spirit Comes.’
John 16:8.
a) He will convince the World of its sin.
b) He will convince the World of God’s Righteousness.
c) He will convince the World of the coming Judgment.
(This Second one teaches me the ministry of the Holy Spirit to the World: When The Holy Spirit Comes)
--------------
Chris.
Jesus said: “When the Holy Spirit comes”. Thank God that the Holy Spirit came and is now here. The Holy Spirit has never left, even through the dark ages of Church history. Today we are called to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to go and do the works that God would have us do in the Power of His Holy Spirit.

Pray For Our Persecutors!

‘Pray For Our Persecutors.’
Acts 9:1-4.
a) Acts 9:1. They threaten us.
b) Acts 9:1. They are eager to destroy us.
c) Acts 9:1. They may turn to political means.
d) Acts 9:1-2. They may turn to legal means.
e) Acts 9:2. They want to chain us.
f) Acts 9:3. Pray for Heavenly intervention.
g) Acts 9:4. Our persecutors are persecuting the Lord.
(This QT reminds me to Pray For My Persecutors)
--------------
‘Remember Who We Are As Disciples.’
John 13:16.
a) Jesus Christ described this as being True, it is the Truth.
b) We are not greater than our Master.
c) We are not more important than the One Who sends us.
(Through this Second one I am to Remember Who I Am As A Disciple)
--------------
Chris.
Persecutors of the Church and Believers want to chain us. This can mean all kinds of things in different situations. The summary meaning is that they want to render our service for the Lord ineffective through whatever means they can. Jesus encourages us to pray for those who persecute us and to Bless them in our prayers.

Glory To God!

‘Glory To God.’
Ephesians 3:20-21.
a) He has Mighty Power.
b) His Mighty Power can work in us.
c) He is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask.
d) He is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to hope.
e) May God be given Glory in the Church.
f) May God be given Glory through Christ forever and ever.
(This QT calls me to proclaim: Glory To God)
-------------
‘Welcome True Servants Of The Lord.’
Matthew 10:40.
a) Anyone who welcomes True Servants of the Lord is welcoming the Lord Himself.
b) Anyone who welcomes the Lord is welcoming the Heavenly Father.
c) The Heavenly Father sent the Lord Jesus to the World.
(Through this Second one I am reminded to Welcome True Servants Of The Lord)
-------------
Chris.
May God be given Glory in the Church. This is a necessary statement to make because sometimes our Church programmes are so busy and complicated that we have no time or inclination to give Glory to God. Our Worship needs to be exclusively for His Glory and then the Church functions in the ways in which the Lord desires it to function.

A Good Pattern Leader!

‘A Good Pattern Leader.’
2 Chronicles 17:1-10.
a) 2 Chronicles 17:1. Jehoshaphat strengthened his people.
b) 2 Chronicles 17:2. Jehoshaphat protected his people.
c) 2 Chronicles 17:3. Jehoshaphat worshipped the Lord.
d) 2 Chronicles 17:4. Jehoshaphat sought God.
e) 2 Chronicles 17:4. Jehoshaphat obeyed God.
f) 2 Chronicles 17:5. Jehoshaphat was a Leader who was established by the Lord and loved by the people.
g) 2 Chronicles 17:6. Jehoshaphat was committed to the Ways of the Lord – he demolished idols and idolatry.
h) 2 Chronicles 17:7 & 9. Jehoshaphat wanted all people to be taught the Word of God.
i) 2 Chronicles 17:8. Jehoshaphat mobilised the priests.
j) 2 Chronicles 17:10. Then the Fear of the Lord fell on all the surrounding Kingdoms.
(Through this QT I find A Good Pattern Leader)
------------
‘David And Abigail – Christ And The Church.’
1 Samuel 25:39-42.
a) 1 Samuel 25:39. David sends his messengers to Abigail at the right time. There is always a “right time” to hear the Gospel and respond to the Lord.
b) 1 Samuel 25:40. The Message was very clear. The Gospel Message needs to be very clear.
c) 1 Samuel 25:41. Abigail’s humble response. As we humbly respond to the Gospel we can truly become a part of the Church.
d) 1 Samuel 25:42. Abigail’s prompt response. We should also promptly respond to the Gospel invitation and enter into God’s Family – the Church.
(Through this Second one I find a beautiful picture: David And Abigail – Christ And The Church)
------------
Chris.
True Leaders in the Body of Christ are established by the Lord. There are some leaders today who try to establish themselves by breaking away from established Churches and ministries and attempting to build their own “kingdoms” rather than be a part of God’s Church being established by the Lord. We need to be very cautious about joining these “breakaway” groups. The way that the Kingdom of God is expanded is not through “breakaway” groups, rather it is expanded as the local Churches send out Leaders to serve and lead in other places.

We Should Not Take Revenge!

‘We Should Not Take Revenge.’
a) Proverbs 20:22. There is no need to “get even”, wait for the Lord to handle the matter.
b) Romans 12:19. Leave revenge to God. He knows what to do.
c) Deuteronomy 32:35. God knows how to take revenge perfectly.
(This QT reminds me that I Should Not Take Revenge)
-----------
‘Never Try To Deceive God.’
1 Kings 14:6.
a) Even though Ahijah was an old man he was in the Spirit of God.
b) Ahijah knew who the woman at the door was, even though she was pretending to be someone else.
c) Ahijah challenged her. He knew that she was the wife of King Jeroboam.
d) Ahijah had bad news for her.
(Through this Second one I know that I should Never Try To Deceive God)
-----------
Chris.
Never try to deceive God. This is an abominable sin in His Eyes and always will end up in some kind of disaster if it is not repented of. If we are trying to deceive God or God’s people we need to confess the sin to God and repent of it before some kind of disaster happens.

A Joyful And Powerful Ministry!

‘A Joyful And Powerful Ministry.’
Luke 10:17-18.
a) The seventy two joyful Disciples returned to Jesus to give a report of their ministry trip.
b) They told Jesus that even the demons obeyed them when they used His Name.
c) Jesus already knew about their ministry.
d) He had seen Satan falling from Heaven as a flash of lightning.
(Through this QT I can see that the Disciples of Jesus sometimes had A Joyful And Powerful Ministry)
------------
‘The Victory Of Christ’s Cross.’
John 12:31-32.
a) Jesus spoke about the Time of Judgment for the World.
b) Jesus said that the Prince of the World system (Satan), would be cast out.
c) Jesus spoke about His coming death on the Cross.
d) Through the Cross there was going to be Victory over Satan.
e) Through the Cross Jesus would draw many people to Himself.
(This Second one reveals to me The Victory Of Christ’s Cross)
------------
Chris.
Satan fell from Heaven as a flash of lightning! That is a very powerful statement. This happened when the Disciples were sent out on their mission trip by Jesus. This was a part of their Discipleship Training from Jesus in preparation for the planting of the New Testament Church. As we obey the Will of God and the commission of those who are our Spiritual Leadership, the Lord will also give us powerful testimonies for His Glory.

Binding The Strong Man – An Illustration!

‘Binding The Strong Man – An Illustration.’
Matthew 12:29.
There are many times that I have heard the term “binding the strong man” in Bible teaching meetings and seminars. This is not a doctrine it is simply an illustration from Jesus’ Teachings.
a) ‘Let me illustrate’ Jesus said.
b) Matthew 12:28. His main subject was about casting out demons.
c) We cannot first enter a strong man’s house without first tying him up.
d) Only when he is tied up can his house be robbed.
(Through this QT I understand more about Jesus’ teaching of casting out demons: Binding The Strong Man – An Illustration)
-----------
‘Fishing And The Kingdom Of Heaven.’
Matthew 13:47-50.
a) Matthew 13:47. The Kingdom of Heaven is like a fishing net that is into the water. It gathers fish of every kind. b
b) Matthew 13:48. When the net is full the fishermen drag it up on to the shore.
c) Matthew 13:48. When they have finished dragging it up the fishermen sit down and sort out the fish.
d) Matthew 13:48. They put the good fish into crates and they throw the bad ones away.
e) Matthew 13:49. The end of the World will be a similar experience. The Angels will come and separate the wicked people from the godly people.
(This Second one clearly teaches about entry into Heaven: Fishing And The Kingdom Of Heaven)
-----------
Chris.
Jesus always endeavoured to make His Parables clearly understood through illustrations. Jesus was often called “Teacher” by the people around Him in the Bible days. As Teachers of the Bible we need to make our Teaching as clear as possible, even using suitable illustrations. Teaching should be clear and it should not be merely entertainment.

Treat Our Inheritance Carefully!

‘Treat Our Inheritance Carefully.’
a) Proverbs 20:21. An inheritance claimed too soon will not be blessed at the end.
b) Genesis 24:36; 25:5. It may take someone’s entire life to provide it for us.
c) I Kings 21:3. It should be protected.
d) Proverbs 17:2. It may come from a surprising source.
(This QT reminds me to Treat My Inheritance Carefully)
---------
'Go And Do It.
’Matthew 28:19.
a) Go.
b) Make Disciples.
c) Of all Nations.
d) Baptising them in the Name of:-
1- The Father.
2- The Son.
3- The Holy Spirit.
(This Second one urges me to Go And Do It)
---------
Chris.
Go and do it. Most Churches will be far healthier spiritually if they follow the Scriptural Injunction. The Church that only looks inwardly will never progress in the way that the Lord wants it to progress. Surely the Lord’s Blessing will rest upon the Church that wants to go and do it.

A Day Of Separation!

‘A Day Of Separation.’
2 Thessalonians 1:7-10.
a) 2 Thessalonians 1:7. Those Believers who are troubled will be able to rest when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from Heaven with His Mighty Angels.
b) 2 Thessalonians 1:8. The Lord shall, in flaming fire, take vengeance on those people who do not know God they do not obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
c) 2 Thessalonians 1:9. These people shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the Presence of the Lord and from the Glory of His power.
d) 2 Thessalonians 1:10. The Lord shall come back on that day to be Glorified in His Saints and to be admired amongst all those people who Believed, especially those people who Believed as a result of Apostle Paul and his team’s ministry.
(This QT assures me that there will be A Day Of Separation)
--------
‘The Necessity Of Repentance.’
Acts 17:30.
a) God overlooked the times of ignorance.
b) Now He commands all people.
c) Everywhere.
d) To repent.
(This Second one reminds me of The Necessity Of Repentance)
--------
Chris.
There are people who continuously reject the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. These people, if they die in that condition, or are found in that condition when the Lord Jesus returns, they will be punished with everlasting destruction. It is a very clear statement of Scripture. All of us need to accept the Gospel Message.

A Powerful And Precious Prayer!

‘A Powerful And Precious Prayer.’
Ephesians 3:14-19.

d) Ephesians 3:17. That Christ would dwell in their hearts through Faith.
e) Ephesians 3:17-18. That in Christ’s Love they:-
1- Would be rooted.
2- Would be grounded.
3- Would be able to understand its-
A- Breadth.
B- Length.
C- Height.
D- Depth.
f) Ephesians 3:19. That they would know the Love of Christ that passes knowledge.
g) Ephesians 3:19. That, in experiencing the Love of Christ, they would be filled with all the fullness of God.
(This QT reveals to me A Powerful And Precious Prayer)
-------

b) Matthew 16:27. For the Son of man shall come in the Glory of his Father with His Angels; and then shall He render to every man according to his deeds.
c) Matthew 25:31-32. When the Son of man shall come in His Glory, and all the Angels with Him, then shall He sit on the Throne of His Glory: and before Him shall be gathered all the Nations: and He shall separate them one from another, as the Shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
d) Jude 1:14-15. Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of His Holy Ones, to execute Judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have ungodly wrought, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.
(Through this Second one I am reminded that The Lord Jesus Is Coming Again)
-------
Chris.
When the Lord Jesus comes again He will come quickly and His Reward will be with Him. He will render to each person according to their works, good or bad. We have a picture of this in the early chapters of the Book of Revelation in the Letters that the Lord gave to John to write to the early Churches. True believers need to be ready for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

These People Have A Dark Future!

‘These People Have A Dark Future.’
a) Proverbs 20:20. The person who curses their father of mother.
b) Proverbs 13:9; 24:20. Wicked People.
c) Romans 1:21. People who know God but reject His Ways.
(Through this Second one I am sure that These People Have A Dark Future)
------
‘There Is No Place In Heaven For The Dragon And His Angels.’
Revelation 12:7-9.
a) Revelation 12:7. Michael and his Angels have already won the war against the dragon and his angels.
b) Revelation 12:8. The dragon and his angels were forced out of Heaven.
c) Revelation 12:9. Thrown down to the Earth with all his angels was:-
1- The ancient serpent called the devil.
2- Satan.
3- The one deceiving the whole World.
(This Second one clearly informs me that There Is No Place In Heaven For The Dragon And His Angels and I am reminded that they are defeated on Earth too)
------
Chris.
The Bible says of itself that if we read and understand the Book of Revelation we will be Blessed. There are so many books written about Revelation that we could be confused. If we carefully and prayerfully read Revelation and the different commentaries and books written about it we can be Blessed as it says.

The Reality Of Hell!

‘The Reality Of Hell.’
Revelation 20:11-15.
a) Revelation 20:11. The Lord on His Throne. Earth and Heaven want to flee away from Him but there is nowhere to go.
b) Revelation 20:12-13. All the dead people were judged according to their works.
c) Revelation 20:14. Death and the grave were cast into the Lake of Fire.
d) Revelation 20:15. Anyone not written in the Book of Life was cast into the Lake of Fire.
(This QT clearly exposes The Reality Of Hell and urges me to continue to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ)
-----
‘Those People Whose Robes Are Washed In The Blood Of The Lamb.’
Revelation 7:15-17.
a) Revelation 7:15. They are before the Throne of God, serving Him day and night in His Temple.
b) Revelation 7:15. He that sits on the Throne gives them shelter.
c) Revelation 7:16. They:-
1- Shall not hunger anymore.
2- Shall not thirst anymore.
3- Shall not suffer from the sun.
4- Shall not suffer from the heat.
d) Revelation 7:17. The Lamb on the Throne will Shepherd them.
e) Revelation 7:17. The Lamb on the Throne will lead them to fountains of the Waters of Life.
f) Revelation 7:17. God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
(This Second one teaches me about Those People Whose Robes Are Washed In The Blood Of The Lamb)
-----
Chris.
We need to be sure that our names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. If we are able to read or hear these words and understand them, then we have a responsibility before God to respond to them. The most positive way to respond to them is to confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour. This means that we Believe in Him and Receive Him personally into our lives. We can do this in prayer, simply repenting of our sin and then in Prayer receiving Him into our lives. If we do this, we begin to have assurance of Salvation and this means also that we know that our names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

Do Not Feel Bad About It!

‘Do Not Feel Bad About It.’
Ephesians 3:13.
a) Apostle Paul asked the Ephesian Church not to faint or lose heart because of what he was going through.
b) Paul was imprisoned for the sake of the Gospel.
c) Paul had:-
1- Suffering.
2- Tribulations.
3- Trials.
d) Because Paul was willing to go through this, rather than feeling bad about it he wanted them to feel honoured.
(Through this QT we should put away unnecessary negative emotions and Do Not Feel Bad About It)
----
‘Earthquakes.’
a) Revelation 6:12. Will be manifest at the time of the Last Judgment.
b) 1 Samuel 14:15. Bring fear.
c) 1 Kings 19:11. The Lord is not in them.
d) Isaiah 29:6. Indicate the Lord’s visitation.
e) Ezekiel 38:19. Indicate God’s wrath.
f) Matthew 27:54. Followed the death of Jesus Christ.
g) Matthew 28:2. Were caused by the Angel of the Lord, rolling aside the huge stone from the entrance to Jesus’ tomb.
h) Acts 16:26. Loosed the prisoners from the prison.
i) Revelation 11:13. Can cause cities to collapse.
(This Second one reminds me how awesome Earthquakes are)
----
Chris.
Apostle Paul was willing to go through difficult time for the sake of the Gospel and the Churches. This is a great lesson for us, especially those of us who serve the Lord in some way. Are we willing to go through the difficult times that the Lord may lead us into? God has a plan in and through every circumstance of our lives. We need to trust Him in the difficult times.

Who And Who Not To Listen To!

‘Who And Who Not To Listen To.’
Proverbs 20:18-19.
a) Listen to people who give good counsel and advice.
b) Listen to people who give wise guidance.
c) Do not listen to gossips and talebearers.
d) Do not listen to people who talk too much and babble on.
(This QT frankly shows me Who And Who Not To Listen To)
---
‘Yes Amen.’
Revelation 1:7.
a) Behold the Lord is coming with the clouds.
b) Every eye shall see Him.
c) They that pierced Him shall see Him.
d) All the tribes of the Earth shall mourn over Him.
e) Even so.
f) Yes Amen.
(Through this Second one I can only echo: Yes Amen)
---
Chris.
We need to always be careful who we listen to and what we listen to. Some people delight in saying things that are really helpful to us. Some people talk in pure and wholesome ways. Surely we can listen to such people. There are other people who are gossips and talebearers. If we listen to these talebearers there is a great danger of us becoming corrupted by the things that they talk about. We need to avoid listening to these people.

Jesus Our Eternal Leader!

‘Jesus Our Eternal Leader.’
Revelation 19:11.
a) He reigns in Heaven and on Earth.
b) He is Faithful.
c) He is True.
d) He Judges fairly.
e) He wages a Righteous war.
(Through this QT I am caused to Worship Jesus My Eternal Leader)
------------------------------
‘False Prophets.’
a) Revelation 16:13. Have evil spirits.
b) Matthew 7:15. They come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves. We should beware of them.
c) Matthew 24:11 & 24; 1 John 4:1. There are many and they shall deceive many people.
d) Luke 6:26. They get undeserved praise.
e) 2 Peter 2:1. They will cleverly teach destructive heresies and even deny the Master who bought them. In this way, they will bring sudden destruction on themselves.
(This Second one warns me to avoid False Prophets)
------------------------------
Chris.
Jesus Christ our Lord wages a Righteous war. Today he is waging war through His people in several ways. Firstly, He wages war through their intercession. Secondly, He wages war through their ministry to the poor and needy people. And, thirdly, He wages war through the ministry that fights against injustices like people trafficking and slavery.

True Believers Can Come Into God’s Presence!

‘True Believers Can Come Into God’s Presence.’
Ephesians 3:11-12.
a) God had and has an Eternal Plan.
b) He carried out this Plan through Jesus Christ our Lord.
c) Because of Jesus Christ and our Faith in Him we can come now into God’s Presence with boldness and confidence.
(This QT assures me that I Can Come Into God’s Presence)
-----------------------------
‘True Believers Are Priests.’
a) Revelation 20:6. Eternally.
b) Revelation 1:6; 5:10. Priests of God’s Kingdom.
c) Isaiah 61:6. Priests that are cared for by the Lord.
d) 1 Peter 2:5. Holy Priests.
e) 1 Peter 2:9. Royal Priests.
(Through this Second one I understand that True Believers Are Priests)
-----------------------------
Chris.
Every True Believer has the assurance that they can come into God’s Presence. This Truth needs to be well taught and explained so that the Believer can grow in their Faith. If we lack this assurance in our lives surely we will lack in both Faith and Hope.

Avoid Falsehood!

‘Avoid Falsehood.’
a) Proverbs 20:17. Its bread is sweet, but afterwards our mouths are filled with gravel.
b) Deuteronomy 5:11. In using the Name of the Lord.
c) Job 11:11. God recognises and knows people of falsehood.
d) Job 21:34; Isaiah 59:3. It makes our speech so empty.
e) Job 31:5. We should not walk with it.
f) Psalm 5:6. If we speak it we may be destroyed.
g) Psalm 7:14. It is aligned with wickedness.
h) Psalm 26:4. We should not fellowship with people living in it.
i) Psalm 40:4. We should be careful not to lapse into it.
j) Psalm 119:78. Lest we wrong other people with it.
k) Psalm 119:163. We are to hate and abhor it.
l) Isaiah 28:15. It is a bad shelter.
m) Isaiah 57:4; Jeremiah 16:19. It is often passed on to the next generation.
n) Isaiah 59:13. It comes from a heart in bad condition.
o) Jeremiah 8:8. It may cause intellectual people to distort God’s Word.
p) Jeremiah 13:25. We should not trust in it.
q) Jeremiah 14:14; 23:26; Ezekiel 13:6. It must not be used in “prophecy” in the Name of the Lord.
r) Jeremiah 23:14. This is especially important for Servants of the Lord.
s) John 1:47. Like Nathanael.
t) Revelation 21:27; 22:15. Because it keeps us out of Heaven.
(This QT encourages me to Avoid Falsehood)
----------------------------
‘The Lord’s Grace For Straying People.’
a) Jeremiah 31:19-20. He loves to Restore them.
b) Luke 15:20. The picture of the father’s love for his prodigal son.
c) Luke 15:10. The rejoicing in Heaven in the presence of the Angels over one sinner who repents.
(Through this Second one I find the Compassion of the Lord: The Lord’s Grace For Straying People)
----------------------------
Chris.
We should be careful not to lapse into falsehood. There will always be times in our fellowship with other people that we enjoy telling stories about our lives and experiences. This is open and free fellowship. At such times we need also to be careful, firstly, not to “compete” with another person’s story, and, secondly, not to lapse into falsehood.

When Peter Was Freed By The Angel!

‘When Peter Was Freed By The Angel.’
Acts 12:12-17.
a) Acts 12:12. The first place he went to was the house of Fellowship, Prayer and Familiarity.
b) Acts 12:13-15. The folks inside could not believe that it was Peter. (In their minds he was in jail and they had to pray fervently for him, BUT God had answered their prayers already)
c) Acts 12:16. Peter continued knocking and they finally opened the door. (Sometimes we need to keep knocking)
d) Acts 12:17. Peter:-
1- Mentioned to the people in the house to be quiet.
2- He told them how the Lord had led him out of prison.
3- He gave them instructions.
4- He left for another place.
(I learn from this QT: When Peter Was Freed By The Angel)
---------------------------
‘A Day In The Courts Of The Lord’s House.’
Psalm 84:10.
a) A single day in the Courts of the Lord’s House is better than a thousand days anywhere else.
b) I would rather be a gate keeper in the House of my God.
c) I do not want to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
(This Second one gives me the desire for A Day In The Courts Of The Lord’s House)
---------------------------
Chris.
After being in the restricted environment of the prison, the first place that Peter went to was the House of Fellowship, Prayer and Familiarity. We need to have that kind of place to go to. Maybe it is a local Church, a fellowship group, an “open home” of Believers who serve hospitality for those people who need it, or anywhere similar to these. That is why hospitality is such a vitally important part of our lives.

No More A Secret!

‘No More A Secret.’
Ephesians 3:9-10.
a) God gave to Apostle Paul the work of telling all people about the plan for His secret.
b) This plan has been hidden in God since the beginning of time.
c) God created all things.
d) His Purpose is manifested through the Church.
e) His Purpose is that all rulers and powers in the Heavenly places will know God’s Wisdom.
f) This Wisdom has so many forms.
(Through this QT I can see that it is No More A Secret)
--------------------------
‘Putting Body Life Into Practise.’
Hebrews 10:19-25.
a) Hebrews 10:19. We True Believers are completely free to enter the Most Holy Place without fear because of the Blood of Jesus.
b) Hebrews 10:20. We can enter through a new and living way that Jesus opened for us.
c) Hebrews 10:20. This new and living way is through Christ’s body and flesh.
d) Hebrews 10:21. Jesus is now the Great High Priest over God’s House.
e) Hebrews 10:22. We can come near to God:-
1- With a sincere heart.
2- With sure Faith.
3- Having been made free from a guilty conscience.
4- Having our bodies washed with pure water.
f) Hebrews 10:23. Let us hold firmly to the hope that we have confessed, because we can trust God to do what He Promised.
g) Hebrews 10:24. Let us think about one another and help each other to show live and do good deeds.
h) Hebrews 10:25. We should not stay away from Church meetings as some people are doing.
i) Hebrews 10:25. We should:-
1- Meet together.
2- Encourage one another.
3- Spend more time in Fellowship with other True Believers in these days.
(Through this Second one I fully understand the importance of Putting Body Life Into Practise)
-----------------------------
Chris.
There is power in confessing the Word of God. We can trust the Word of God and we can trust God to do what He has Promised. When we confess the Word of God this is positive and whether we do it privately or in front of other people, we always build our own Faith by doing it.

Financial Dealings Should Be Honest!

‘Financial Dealings Should Be Honest.’
a) Proverbs 20:16; 27:13. They should be both safe and legal.
b) Proverbs 6:1-3. Get out of them and do not make them if the principles are wrong.
c) Proverbs 11:15. We should not expose ourselves to danger.
d) Proverbs 17:18. Avoid poor judgment. If we do not really know what we are doing, do not do it.
e) Proverbs 22:26. Do not guarantee another person’s debt.
(This QT strongly reminds me that Financial Dealings Should Be Honest)
-------------------------
‘The Power Of The Cross.’
Galatians 6:14.
a) We should only boast about the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ.
b) Because of the Cross our interest in the World system has been crucified.
c) Because of the Cross the World system’s interest in us dies.
(This Second one reminds me of The Power Of The Cross)
-------------------------
Chris.
We should be responsible for everything that we do. If we cannot take responsibility or be responsible then we should not do it. Faith is never irresponsible. The Church needs responsible leaders who set a good example of responsibility.

A Minister Approved Unto God!

‘A Minister Approved Unto God.’
2 Timothy 2:15.
a) Studies God’s Word.
b) Should do nothing to cause themselves shame.
c) Rightly divides the Word of Truth.
(This QT teaches me the basic facts about A Minister Approved Unto God)
------------------------
‘Church, This Is Urgent.’
Romans 12:1.
a) This is what the all the Church is urged to do.
b) This can be done because of the Mercies of the Lord.
c) We present our bodies to Him:-
1-A living sacrifice.
2-Holy.
3-Acceptable To Him.
d) This is our reasonable service.
(I really understand through this Second one: Church, This Is Urgent, of how God sees my priorites)
------------------------
Chris.
God approves or God approved. How important is God’s approval in our lives. How can we know God’s approval? It is by living in the Light which He has given us to live in. As we live in that Light that we receive more Light.

The Servant Of The Gospel

‘The Servant Of The Gospel.’
Ephesians 3:7-8.
a) Is made by the Gift of the Grace of God.
b) Experiences the working of God’s Power in their life.
c) Is humble.
d) Experiences daily Grace.
e) Preaches Christ.
(This QT shows me who is the true Servant Of The Gospel)
-----------------------
‘A Living Witness.’
1 Peter 3:15.
a) Sanctifies in their heart Christ as Lord.
b) Is ready always to give an answer to everyone that asks the the reason concerning their Hope.
c) Has humility.
d) Has the Fear of the Lord.
(Through this Second one I understand truly who is A Living Witness)
-----------------------
Chris.
The Servant of the Gospel preaches Christ. The Message of the early Church in the Book of Acts was Christ. This is the model for us. It correct for the Church to be concerned in matters of Mercy and serving the poor people. It is correct for the Church to support Missions and Missionaries opening schools and hospitals. The Church should always maintain its purity through preaching Christ.
The Church should not be preaching a political message, this abuses the Commission that the Lord has given to the Church.

Wise Words Are Valuable!

‘Wise Words Are Valuable.’
a) Proverbs 20:15; 1 Kings 10:21; 1 Timothy 2:9-10. More valuable than much gold.
b) Psalm 49:3. They come from thoughts filled with insight.
c) Proverbs 10:13. They come from the lips of people with understanding.
d) Proverbs 12:14. They bring many benefits.
e) Proverbs 18:20. They satisfy like a good meal.
(Through this QT I clearly understand that Wise Words Are Valuable)
----------------------
‘We Should Keep Ourselves Pure.’
2 Timothy 2:21.
a) Then we will be a special utensil for honourable use by the Lord.
b) Then our life will be clean.
c) Then we will be ready for the Master to use us for every good work.
(This Second one reminds me that I Should Keep Myself Pure)
----------------------
Chris.
Wise words bring many benefits with them. Socially, if we speak wise words with other people they will be Blessed through those wise words. If we listen to and respond to the wise words of other people they can help us to keep our lives in good condition in front of God.

Bear Much Fruit!

‘Bear Much Fruit.’
John 15:16.
a) We did not choose the Lord.
b) The Lord chose us.
c) The Lord appointed us to go and bear much fruit.
d) The Lord appointed us to bear fruit that endures.
e) The Father will give to us whatever we ask of Him in Jesus’ Name.
(Through this QT I know it is God’s Will for all True Believers and myself to Bear Much Fruit)
---------------------
‘The Necessity Of Union With Christ Jesus.’
Ephesians 2:10.
a) God has made us what we are. We are His Workmanship.
b) He has Created us and that in our union with Jesus Christ we should live a life of good deeds.
c) He has already prepared those good deeds for us to do.
(This Second one teaches me The Necessity Of Union With Christ Jesus)
---------------------
Chris.
The Father will give to us whatever we ask of Him in Jesus’ Name. These are the Words of Jesus Christ. We have a God Who delights in answering the Prayers of His Children if they meet His conditions. God expects us to do our best in obeying Him within the understanding of His Word and His Will that we have. As we do that we will have more and more understanding.

The Mystery Of And About Christ!

‘The Mystery Of And About Christ.’
Ephesians 3:3-6.
a) Ephesians 3:3. This Mystery came to Apostle Paul by revelation and he shared about it with the Churches.
b) Ephesians 3:4. Apostle Paul was able to fully understand this mystery.
c) Ephesians 3:5. In former times this revelation was not revealed but in the times of the New Testament it was revealed to the Holy Prophets and Apostles by the Holy Spirit.
d) Ephesians 3:6. The Mystery is that the Gentiles are fellow-heirs, and fellow-members of the Body, and fellow-partakers of the Promise in Christ Jesus through the Gospel.
(This QT gives me understanding of The Mystery Of And About Christ)
---------------------
‘Just A Donkey – But So Important.’
Matthew 21:1-9.
a) Matthew 21:1. Jesus knew what was ahead in Bethphage.
b) Matthew 21:2. Jesus sent two of the Disciples ahead to the village to get an ass and a colt.
c) Matthew 21:3. The Lord needed them.
d) Matthew 21:4-5. This was a perfect fulfilment of Biblical Prophecy.
e) Matthew 21:6. The Disciples obeyed Jesus.
f) Matthew 21:7-9. Jesus sat on the ass and rode to Jerusalem with the crowd worshipping Him.
(This Second one amazes me: Just A Donkey – But So Important)
--------------------
Chris.
If we are sincere in our relationship with God it is well possible that He, at times, may show us things that He wants us to know personally. God’s ways are different from our ways and His thoughts also. What Grace that we can have a personal walk with Him.

Buyers!

‘Buyers.’
a) Proverbs 20:14. Should be honest.
b) Leviticus 25:30. Should expect to own the things that they bought, whether large or small.
c) Amos 8:5. Should not be cheated by the merchants.
(This QT helps me to understand some of the Biblical concepts for Buyers)
--------------------
‘Eventual Destruction Of This Earth Will Come.’
2 Peter 3:11-12.
a) Everything around us is going to be destroyed.
b) We should be living holy and godly lives.
c) We should be looking forward to the Day of God.
d) We should be hurrying along the Day of God.
e) On the Day of God He will set the Heavens on fire.
f) On the Day of God the elements will melt away in the flames.
(Through this Second one I am convinced that the Eventual Destruction Of This Earth Will Come)
--------------------
Chris.
Buyers and buying are an everyday part of our lives. As True Believers we need to have a Christian buying ethic. There are times when I see, especially during some “special sales events” that True Believers behave just the same as non-believers, that makes me really sad.

A Good Employee!

‘A Good Employee.’
Ephesians 6:5.
a) Obeys their master.
b) Has the Fear of the Lord.
c) Serves with the same single heartedness with which they serve the Lord.
(This QT shows me who is A Good Employee)
-------------------
‘Keep Going.’
Philippians 3:14.
a) Keep pursuing our godly goal.
b) Then we will win the prize offered by our High Calling.
c) This High Calling of God is in Christ Jesus.
(Through this Second one I am encouraged to Keep Going)
-------------------
Chris.
To keep going is an encouragement that every True Believer needs. We all face different and sometimes difficult situations in our lives, relationships and circumstances that would discourage us. It is a times like that when we need to hear these simple words: keep going.

Understanding The Equipping For Ministry!

‘Understanding The Equipping For Ministry.’
Ephesians 3:2.
a) Apostle Paul wanted this to be heard and understood.
b) God gave to Paul a special responsibility. He had:-
1- Calling.
2- Anointing.
3- Equipping.
c) It was to extend God’s Grace to the Gentiles.
(This QT helps me to be Understanding The Equipping For Ministry)
------------------
‘An Order And Request.’
2 Thessalonians 3:11-12.
a) Uncontrolled behaviour easily becomes a bad reputation.
b) There were some Christian people in Thessalonika doing no work at all.
c) These people were always delving into other people’s lives and work.
d) Apostle Paul gave orders to these people in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
e) They were to get on with their work quietly and to make a living.
(This Second one reveals An Order And Request that is still relevant to Christianity today)
------------------
Chris.
The equipping of the Church for every kind of Ministry is an important part of the life of the Church. If we only try to evangelise and we do not equip, our Church is not going to be very stable. Evangelism is really important but it should be parallel with in Church equipping.

Be Awake When We Should!

‘Be Awake When We Should!’
Proverbs 20:13.
a) We should not love sleep.
b) If we love sleep, we end up in poverty.
c) We should keep our eyes open.
d) Then there will be plenty to eat.
(This QT reminds me to Be Awake When I Should)
-----------------
‘The Relationship Between Fathers And Children Matters.’
Colossians 3:20-21.
a) Children should always obey their parents.
b) This is pleasing to the Lord.
c) Fathers should not aggravate their children.
d) Aggravating children causes them to become discouraged.
(This Second one is a significant one for every father, parent and child: The Relationship Between Fathers And Children Matters)
-----------------
Chris.
When I need to be awake I should be. Drowsiness is an enemy to our lives in many ways: our concentration, our relationships, our ability to work, our worship, our driving. Rather than to be drowsy it is better to take a short rest if we need one and then continue on in freshness, manifesting our full ability.

God's Original Plan!

‘God’s Original Plan.’
Mark 10:6-8.
a) Mark 10:6. At the beginning of Creation God made them: male and female.
b) Mark 10:7. For the above reason is why a man will leave his father and his mother and be united to his wife.
c) Mark 10:8. Husband and wife become one flesh so that they are no longer two but one.
(Through this QT I clearly see God’s Original Plan)
----------------
‘Correct Behaviour At Home.’
Ephesians 5:21-25.
a) Ephesians 5:21. There should be mutual submission out of reverence for Christ.
b) Ephesians 5:22. Wives should be submitted to their own husbands as unto the Lord. (They should not submit to someone else’s husband)
c) Ephesians 5:23. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the Head of the Church, His Body, of which He is the Saviour.
d) Ephesians 5:24. As the Church submits to Christ so wives should submit to their husbands.
e) Ephesians 5:25. Husbands should love their wives just as Christ loves the Church and gave Himself up for her.(That is sacrificial love)
(This Second one reveals what Correct Behaviour At Home between husband and wife should be)
----------------
Chris.
When launching out into Bible Reading for the first time Mark is one of the best books to read first. Mark clearly records, in very understandable terms, the Life of Jesus Christ lived out on this Earth and also some of His Teachings and His Works. It is a very good foundation book from which to start regular reading of the Bible.
