------------------------------------------
Chris.
Selfishness is really something
that we Believers need to learn to discard from our lives as quickly as
possible. Distortions of Gospel Truth preached in multi cultural settings have
encouraged selfishness in and amongst Christians and Churches and before the
Return of Jesus Christ these distortions need to be washed out. The greatest
deception is that Christ has come to meet our needs - this is simply just not
true. The Truth is we need Christ, not our needs need Christ. Jesus Christ
never came or comes to suit our selfishness, rather, selfishness is something
we Believers need to learn to discard from our lives as quickly as possible.
