Christ Is Our Peace!

'Christ Is Our Peace.'

Ephesians 2:14.

a)  For He Himself is our Peace,

b)  Who has made us both one.

c)  And has broken down

d)  In His flesh

e)  The dividing wall of hostility.

(This QT reminds me that Christ Is our Peace)

PRAY: For the Peace of Christ to come into every part of our lives and homes.

--------

'We Can All Be Fruitful Trees.'

Matthew 7:19.

a)  Every tree

b)  That does not bear good fruit

c)  Is cut down

d)  And thrown into the fire.

(This Second one reminds me that I can be a Fruitful Tree)

PRAY: To be a Fruitful Tree.

 --------

Chris.

There is no excuse or exclusion here. It is for every tree that does not bear good fruit. This teaching from our Lord Jesus Christ should give us the desire to be a good and fruitful tree for His Glory. It does not matter how old or young we may be, if we can understand this simple teaching of our Lord we should have the desire to bear good fruit for Him.

Philip's Faulty Faith!

 'Philip's Faulty Faith,'

John 14:5.

a)  Philip said to Him:

b)  "Lord, show us the Father

c)  "And it is enough for us."

(This QT reveals Philip's Faulty Faith)

PRAY: For our Faith to be pure and Biblical.

-------

'A Clear Call.'

John 1:43.

a)  The next day Jesus decided to go to Galilee.

b)  He found Philip

c)  And said to Him:

d)  "Follow Me."

(Through this Second one I see A Clear Call)

PRAY: To respond to any clear call that God may give to us.

-------

Chris.

When Jesus decided to go ... He went! This was not something especially "spiritual", Jesus was always filled with the Holy Spirit. If we are filled with the Holy Spirit, we do not need to make a "fuss" about things, we just do them. This is a great lesson for us. There are many Biblical exhortations to us about livig and walking in the Holy Spirit ... let us just simply respond to them.

I Will Not ... I Will!

'I Will Not ... I Will!'

John 14:18.

a)  I will not

b)  Leave you as orphans

c)  I will come to you.

(This QT reveals to me the "I will not" and "I will" of Jesus Christ.

PRAY: For Jesus to come to you at specific times when you need Him.

------

'The Comfort From God. '

2 Corinthians 1:4.

a)  God comforts us in all our affliction,

b)  So that we may be able

c)  To comfort those who are in any affliction,

d)  With the comfort

e)  With which we ourselves

f)  Are comforted by God.

(This Second one teaches me about The Comfort From God)

PRAY: To receive the Comfort from God.

------

Chris.

A part of the calling from God to the Church is to comfort those who are in any affliction. The reality is that there are so many afflicted people in the World and that most political systems tend to neglect them. It is necessary for the Churches to pray for the afflicted people and to serve them in appropriate ways. This would surely be pleasing to the Lord.

Brought Near By The Blood Of Christ!

'Brought Near By The Blood Of Christ.'

Ephesians 2:13.

a)  But now in Christ Jesus

b)  You who once were far off

c)  Have been brought near

d)  By the Blood of Christ.

(Through this QT I am Blessed by the fact that I have been Brought Near By The Blood Of Christ)

PRAY: Thank God for the Blood of His Son Jesus Christ.

-----

'A Wonderful Promise.'

Luke 23:43.

a)  And Jesus said to him:

b)  "Truly I tell you,

c)  "Today you will be with Me in Paradise."

(This Second one teaches me A Wonderful Promise)

PRAY: Thanking God for His Wonderful Promises.

-----

Chris.

We always  need to be attentive to the Words of Jesus. His Words are always True and can be trusted. We should never "twist" the Words of Jesus as some do, for their own financial benefit, because the Words of Jesus are very pure and beyond corruption! The Words of Jesus, as recorded in the Scripture, can always be trusted.

It Does Us Good To Remember!

'It Does Us Good To Remember.'

Ephesians 2:12.

a)  Remember that, at that time, you were separate from Christ.

b)  Excluded from the common wealth of Israel,

c)  And strangers to the Covenants of Promise.

d)  Having no hope

e)  And without God in the World.

(This QT reminds me that It Does Us Good To Remember)

PRAY: For those people who are Without God In The World to come to Him.

----

'In The Flesh.'

a)  i Timothy 3:16. Christ appeared in the flesh.

b)  Ephesians 2:11. There are Gentiles in the flesh.

c)  Ephesians 2:15. Christ set aside the Law in His Flesh.

d)  Ephesians 2:3. The passions of the flesh were what we used to live in before we knew Christ.

e)  1 Peter 4:1. Christ suffered in the flesh.

f)  Romans 7:5. We formerly lived in the realm of the flesh.

g)  Galatians 2:20. I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by Faith in the Son of God Who loved me and gave Himself for me.

(This Second one reminds me that I am still In The Flesh)

PRAY: For Grace and Strength to submit our flesh life to the Word of God and the Holy Spirit.

----

Chris.

Every time that we take Holy Communion we remember that Christ suffered in the flesh for us. The bread or biscuit is just a symbol, our mind goes to Christ. The wine reminds us of His shed Blood. this is all because of the amazing Love of God for us. We need to surrender all of our "rights and wrongs" to God and trust in His Amazing Love.

The Spirit Of Truth!

'The Spirit Of Truth.'

 John 14:17.

a)  The Spirit of Truth,

b)  Whom the World cannot eceive,

c)  because it neither sees Him or knows Him.

d)  For He dwells with you

e)  And will be in you.

(This QT makes me thankful for The Spirit Of Truth)

PRAY: To be filled with The Spirit Of Truth.

---

'Help From The Holy Spirit.'

Romans 8:26-27.

a)  The Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness.

b)  We do not know what we ought to pray for,

c)  But the Spirit Himself intercedes for us.

d)  With groanings too deep for words.

(This Second one reveals Help From The Holy Spirit)

PRAY: For Help From The Holy Spirit.

---

Chris.

A part of the Holy Spirit's help for us is that He helps us in our weakness. It is natural and quite normal for us to have weaknesses in certain ways. Another of the reasons that we receive the Holy Spirit is to comfort us and give us assurance. There are times that we do not know what to pray for, at such times the Holy Spirit will help us.

There are Times That We Need To Remember!

'There Are Times That We Need To Remember.'

Ephesians 2:12.

a)  Remember that, at that time, you were separated from Christ,

b)  Alienated from the Commonwealth of Israel

c)  And strangers to the Covenants of Promise,

d)  Having no hope

e)  And without God in the World.

(This QT reminds me that There Are Times That We Need To Remember)

PRAY: Not to be without God in the World.

-------------------------------

'They Need To Come Back To God.'

Isaiah 1:4.

a)  Ah, sinful Nation,

b)  A people laden with iniquity,

c)  Offspring of evildoers,

d)  Children who deal corruptly!

e)  They have forsaken the Lord,

f)  They have despised the Holy One of Israel,

g)  They are utterly estranged.

(This Second one shows me that They Need To Come Back To God)

PRAY: For God's People to come back to Him.

------------------------------

Chris.

One of the saddest and most shameful things is when Children Deal Corruptly. Dealing corruptly is not natural to a child, it is something that the child learns from another. This happens because, generally speaking, the World is corrupt. Parents, schools and religious organisations need to teach children that dealing corruptly is wrong. If they do this, it will go a long way towards solving the problem.

Religious Discrimination!

'Religious Discrimination.'

Ephesians 2:11.

a)  So then,

b)  Remember that you were Gentiles in the flesh -

c)  Called "The Uncircumcised"

d)  By those called "The Circumcised,"

e)  Which is done in the flesh

f)  By human hands.

(This QT reminds me that Religious Discrimination has been around since Bible Days)

PRAY: For Religious Discrimination to be washed out of our Nations and Churches.

------------------------

'Listen And Look.

Isaiah 51:1.

a)  Listen to Me,

b)  You who pursue righteousness,

c)  You who seek the Lord:

d)  Look to the Rock from which you were cut,

e)  And to the quarry from which you were dug.

(This Second one calls me to Listen And Look)

PRAY: To listen well to the Lord.

---------------------------

Chris.

We are exhorted here to "Listen To The Lord"! This is actually a normally neglected part of daily Faith Life. We listen only to all kinds of people, but we neglect to Listen To The Lord. This is a mistake. Revivals cease when God's people stop listening to Him. The Lord is always right, people are not always right. As individuals, families, small groups, Churches and ministries of different forms, let us learn to Listen to the Lord.

Another Helper!

'Another Helper.'

John 14:16.

a)  "And I will ask the Father

n)  "And He will give you another Helper,

c)  "So tht He may be with you forever."

(This QT reminds me that I need the Holy Spirit - Another Helper)

PRAY: To be filled by Another Helper.

-----------------------

'An Essential Instruction,'

Acts 1:4.

a)  And while they were gathered together,

b)  He commanded them:

c)  "Do not leave Jerusalem,

d)  "But wait for the gift the Father promised;

e)  "Which you have heard Me discuss."

(This Second one gives us An Essential Instruction)

PRAY: To be filled with Holy Spirit.

--------------------------

Chris,

Many good things can happen when True Believers gather together! Here, those people who gathered together received the Promise of the Father - The Holy Spirit! We are instructed in the Scriptures not to forsake the gathering of ourselves together as True Believers. Then we can also enjoy fellowship meals as in the picture.

Salvation Is Not A Result Of Works!

'Salvation Is Not A Result Of Works.'

Ephesians 2:9.

a)  Not a result of works,

b)  So that no one

c)  May boast.

(This QT reminds me that Salvation Is Not A Result Of Works)

PRAY: That our Churches will fully understand that Salvation Is Not A Result Of Works.

--------------------

'The End Of A Generation.'

Exodus 1:6.

a)  And Joseph died,

b)  And all his brethren,

c)  And all that generation.

(This Second one reveals The End Of A Generation)

PRAY: For Salvation to come to this generation.

--------------------

Chris.

For those of us who are seeking a new way of life, or a new way to live, it is very useful to turn to God's Word daily and apply it to our lives. God's Word is complete and lacks nothing. If we understand God's Word we will be living s far better life than the non-Believers around us because we will have confidence that God is with us.

God's Handiwork!

'God's Handiwork!

Ephesians 2:10.

a)  For we are God's Handiwork,

b)  Created in Christ Jesus

c)  To do good works,

d)  Which God prepared in advance

e)  For us to do.

(This QT reminds me that we are God's Handiwork)

PRAY: For strength to do the Good Works which God has prepared for us to do.

------------------

'In Christ Jesus.'

a)  Acts 24:24; Galatians 216. We put our Faith.

b)  Romans 6:11, We are alive to God.

c)  Romans 6:23. We have Eternal Life,

d)  Romans 8:1, There is no condemnation.

e)  Romans 8:39, The Love of God is found.

f)  1 Corinthians 1:2, We are Sanctified.

g)  1 Corinthians 1:4. Grace is given to us.

h)  1 Corinthians 4:17. There is a way of life.

i)  Galatians 3:26, We are Children of God through Faith.

j)  Galatians 3:28. Al Believers are one.

k)  Galatians 5:6. The only thing that counts is Faith expressing itself through love.

l)  Ephesians 2:10. We are God's created handiwork.

m)  Ephesians 2:13. We are brought near by the Blood of Christ.

n)  Ephesians 3:6. We are sharers together in God's Promises.

o)  Philippians 1:1. God's Holy People are in Christ Jesus.

p)  1 Thessalonians 1:3. Hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.

q)  1 Thessalonians 2:14. There are Churches.

(This Second one reminds me about life In Christ Jesus)

PRAY: For our Faith to be worked through Love.

-------------------

Chris.

We are sharers together in God's Promises. Sometimes we tend to be rather selfish about the Promises of God! I believe tht selfishness robs us of these wonderful Promises. We read about being "sharers together", this means that when one member is Blessed, all other members are Blessed too" We should not focus on the Promises but, rather, we focus on the One Who keeps His Promises.

It Is The Normal Response If We Love The Lord!

'It Is The Normal Response If We Love The Lord.'

John 14:15.

a)  "If you love Me,

b)  You will keep

c)  My Commandments."

(This QT Is The Normal Response If We Love The Lord)

PRAY: To apply this Scripture well.

----------------

'Christ Dwelling In Our Hearts.'

Ephesians 3:17.

a)  This is Church centred rather than individual centred.

b)  That Christ may dwell in your hearts through Faith;

c)  That you,

d)  Being rooted and grounded in love,

(This Second one teaches me the necessity of Christ Dwelling In Our Hearts)

PRAY: For Christ to dwell in your heart.

------------------

Chris.

We need to differentiate between the times when Apostle Paul is writing to Churches and when he is writing to individuals. When we do this, it will help us to understand the Bible more clearly. Good teaching makes the Bible more clear to us. We should pray for those people who teach the Bible in our Churches.

Harsh And Perverted Leader!

'A Harsh And Perverted Leader.'

Exodus 5:5.

a)  And Pharaoh said:

b)  "Look,

c)  "The people of the land are many now,

d)  "And you make them rest from their labour!"

(This QT exposes a Harsh And Perverted Leader)

PRAY: That our Nations and Churches be free from Harsh And Perverted Leaders.

---------------

'How Long?'

Psalm 13:2.

a)  How long should I take counsel in my soul,

b)  Having sorrow in my heart daily?

c)  How long will my enemy be exalted over me?

(Through this Second one I clearly understand the Psalmists cry: "How Long?")

----------------

Chris.

This is a good time to pray for anyone whom we may know that is praying this Prayer: "How Long?" To carry sorrow in one's heart daily is a most painful and weakening experience! The pure compassion of the Church is one of her most important functions at this time. This compassion is more important than any other 'people-focused' part of the Church. Pure compassion also feeds the hungry people, the picture is a good example of this.

We Cannot Boast!

'We Cannot Boast.'

Ephesians 2:9.

a)  Salvation is

b)  Not by works,

c)  So that no one can boast.

(This QT teaches me that We Cannot Boast about Salvation)

PRAY: To give thanks to God for Salvation.

------------

Amazing Grace,'

2 Timothy 1:9.

a)  He has Saved us and called us to a holy life -

b)  Not because of anything we have done,

c)  But because of His Own purpose and Grace.

d)  This Grace was given us in Christ Jesus

e)  Before the beginning of time.

(Through this Second one I find Amazing Grace)

PRAY: Thanking God for Amazing Grace.

-------------

Chris.

Really it is not because of anything that we have done that we can say today that we are "saved"! We are Saved because of what Jesus Christ has done for us. our response should be Thanksgiving to God, Worship and Praise. When we 'lose sight' of what Christ has done for us we begin to live a faithless and meaningless life. We need to come back to God if necessary and follow Him.

Ask In The Name Of Jesus!

'Ask In The Name Of Jesus.'

John 14:14.

a)  If you ask Me

b)  Anything in My Name,

c)  I will do it.

(This QT encourages me to Ask In The Name Of Jesus)

PRAY: Asking in the Name of Jesus.

----------

'We Need The Helper.'

John 15:26.

a)  But when the Helper comes,

b)  Whom I will send to you

c)  From the Father,

d)  The Spirit of Truth,

e)  Who proceeds from the Father,

f)  He  will bear witness about Me.

(This Second one reminds me that I Need The Helper)

PRAY: For the Helper to be with you.

 ----------

Chris.

When the Helper comes into our life, He is sent in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He comes from Father God. He is the Spirit of Truth, there is no deception in Him at all! We cannot be filled with the Holy Spirit and be in deception at the same time! This reminds me of my need of God! A-God the Father. B-God the Son (The Lord Jesus Christ). C-God the Holy Spirit.

A Ruthless And Fearful Leader!

 'A Ruthless And Fearful Leader.'

Exodus 5:4.

a)  And the King of Egypt said to them:

b)  "Moses and Aaron, why do you take the people away from their work?

c)  "Get back to your burdens."

(This QT reveals to me A Ruthless And Fearful Leader)

PRAY:: To have leaders that are not Ruthless And Fearful.

---------

''Burdens.'

a)  Exodus 2:11. Moses looked at the burdens his brethren were carrying.

b)  Exodus 6:6&7. The Lord brings us out from under burdens.

c)  Numbers 4:47. Bearing burdens are an acceptable part  of God's Work.

d)  Deuteronomy 1:12. Bearing burdens should never be done alone.

e)  Isaiah 58:6. God wants our heavy burdens to be undone.

f)  Luke 11:46. We should not put heavy burdens upon other people.

g)  Galatians 6:2. Bear one another's burdens and so fulfill the Law of Christ.

(This Second one gives me an understanding about Burdens)

PRAY: To be free from Burdens.

---------

Chris.

Bearing burdens should never be done alone! This is a part of the inheritance of God's People. All of us face burdening situations from time to time, a part of life in the Body of Christ is that we are supposed to "bear one another's burdens".The Church needs to be just as enthusiastic about bearing one another's burdens as they are about other activities.

By Grace You Have Been Saved!

'By Grace You Have Been Saved.'

Ephesians 2:8.

a)  For by Grace you have been Saved

b)  Through Faith,

c)  And that not of yourselves,

d)  It is the Gift of God.

(This QT reminds me that By Grace I Have Been Saved)

PRAY: To have Assurance of Salvation.

--------

'The Gift Of God.'

a)  Ecclesiastes 3:13; 5:19. Is that every person should enjoy the good of their labor.

b)  Romans 6:23. Is Eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

c)  Ephesians 2:8. Is Salvation by Grace.

d)  2 Timothy 1:6. Can be imparted by the laying on of hands.

(This Second one makes me grateful for The Gift Of God)

PRAY: To have confidence about The Gift Of God.

--------

Chris.

Every person should enjoy the good of their labor. Slavery is something that needs to be challenged and confronted with justice wherever it may be found. There should be no room for any form of slavery today. This message needs to go out from the Church into the whole of society... No room for any form of slavery today.

Answered Prayer Glorifies The Father!

'Answered Prayer Glorifies The Father.

John 14:13.

a)  Whatever you ask in My Name,

b)  This I will do,

c)  That the Father may be Glorified in the Son.

(This QT reminds me that Answered Prayer Glorifies The Father)

PRAY: Asking in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

------

'Commandments.'

a)  Genesis 26:5. Abraham kept the Lord's Commandments.

b)  Exodus 16:26. God wants His People to give ear to His Commandments.

c)  Exodus 24:12. God gave to Moses His Commandments.

d)  Leviticus 22:31; 26:3. Keep and perform the Commandments of the Lord.

e)  Deuteronomy 5:10 & 29; 6:17. Are to be loved and kept.

f)   Deuteronomy 6:26. Are to be carefully observed.

g)  Deuteronomy 11:27. Are to be obeyed.

h)  Deuteronomy 13:18. Listen to the Lord and obey Him.

i)  Deuteronomy 15:5, Should be observed with care.

j)  Psalm 119:66. Are to br believed,

k)  Psalm 119:73.  Are to be learned.

l)  Psalm 119:86. All God's Commandments are Faithful.

(This Second one has me in awe of God's Commandments)

PRAY: To be obedient to God.

--------

Chris,

Commandments should be delivered with care. Whatever kind of Commandments they are@ God's, Churches, Gamily, Work place or any other relevant environment, they should be delivered with care. It is never right for authority figures to wound other people. They should treat their God-given authority for what it is - a Gift from God!

A Harsh King!

'A Harsh Leader!'

Exodus 5:4.

'a)   But the King of Egypt said to them:

b)  "Moses and Aaron,

d)  "why do you take the people away from doing their work?

e)  "Get back to your burdens,"

(This QT reveals to me A Harsh Leader)

PRAY: For Churches and Christian Ministries to be free from Harsh Leaders.

-----

'Bad Leaders.'

a)  Isaiah 46:;1 Matthew 23:4. Put heavy burdens on people.

b)  Luke 11:46. Do not help others.

c)  Galatians 6:2. Do not bear one another's burdens,

(Through this Second one I find something about Bad Leaders)

£PRAY: For our Leaders,

-----

Chris.

The Church needs to be caring and bold enough to find the answers about its Bad Leaders! Some of them simply need to be out of leadership for a while. Some of them need to be retrained in a good leadership discipling environment and some of them simply ned to realise that the Gidt of Leadership is not really theirs. may God give good, responsible and caring Leaders for His Church.

Through Christ Jesus!

 'Through Christ Jesus.'

a)  Ephesians 2:7. God reveals His Grace and Kindness to us.

b)  Philippians 4:7. God keeps our hearts and minds.

c)  Acts 15:11. By Grace we shall be Saved.

d)  Romans 1:8. We can thank God for others.

e)  Romans 6:1. We have Peace with God.

f)  Romans 6:11, We are alive to God.

(Through this QT I thank God that my Faith life is through Christ Jesus)

PRAY: To know God Through Christ Jesus

-----

Boasting,.'

a  Psalm 34:2. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord.

b)  Psalm 44:8. In God we boast all day long.

c)  Isaiah 61:6. The boasting of God'a priests.

(This Second one reveals to me Holy Boasting)

PRAY: To make our boast in the Lord.

-----

Chris.

It is only really safe boasting when we are boasting in the Lord. In these days there are all kinds of boasting, some of them meaningless and some of them sinful. We are called, as True Beievers, to boast in the Lord. We are to exalt Him and Glorify Him with our lives. He is always Worthy to be Praised.

Doing God's Works!

 'Doing God's Works.'

John 14:12,

a)  "Most assuredly,

b)  "I say to you,

c)  "He who believes in Me

d)  "Will do the same things that I do.

e)  "Those who believe will do even greater things than these,

f)  "Because I am going to the Father,"

(This QT reminds me to be Doing God's Works)

PRAY: To be doing what God wants you to do.

----

!An Eternal Place Prepared For The Believer.'

John 14:2.

a)  "My Father's House has many rooms;

b)  "If that were not so,

c)  "Would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?"

(Through this Second one I know that there is An Eternal Place Prepared For The Believer)

PRAY: For the assurance of Eternal Life.

----

Chris.

Reading John's Gospel also gives us confidence of having Eternal Life if we are a True Believer. The Way of the Gospel and the Truth of the Gospel are both very clear. The tragedy is that some manipulative "servants of god" are tricking and deceiving people away from the simplicity of the Gospel in an effort to fill their own pockets and make their own fame. We should not be afraid of exposing such people within the True Church, thus protecting it.

An Important Request!

'An Important Request!'

Exodus 5:3.

a)  Then they said:

b)  "The God of the Hebrews has revealed Himself to us:

c)  "Let us go a three days' journey into the wilderness

d)  "To sacrifice to the Lord our God,

e)  "Or He will fall upon us with pestilence and sword,"

(This QT reveals An Important Request)

PRAY: For Faith to make Important Requests when we have to.

---

'Just Take Enough!'

Exodus 16:4.

a)  Then the Lord said to Moses:

b)  "I am going to rain bread from Heaven for you,

c)  "And each day the people will go out and gather enough for that day.

d)  "In that way I will test them,

e)  "Whether they will follow My Instruction or not."

(Through this Second one I am reminded to Just Take Enough)

THANK GOD: For His daily provision for us.

---

Chris.

This was a Promise of supernatural provision for Moses and God's People! The Lord was going to rain bread from Heaven for them. Truly Amazing! Along with this Promise was a test. This test was a test of their obedience to God. These kind of tests still occur today. God still tests His People's obedience. We are called to walk with the Lord and to obey Him. If we focus on Obedience to God we are safe.

Because We Are United With Christ Jesus!

'Because We Are United With Christ Jesus.'

Ephesians 2:6.

a)  For He raised us from the dead along with Christ

b)  And seated us with Him in the heavenly realms

c)  Because we are united with Christ Jesus.

(This QT describes our situation Because We Are United With Christ Jesus)

PRAY: For assurance of being United With Christ Jesus.

------------------------------

'Not A Good Young King.'

2 Chronicles 36:5.

a)  Jehoiakim was 25 years old when he became king.

b)  And he reigned in Jerusalem 11 years.

c)  He did what was evil in the sight of the Lord His God.

(This Second one teaches us that Jehoiakim was Not A Good Young King)

PRAY: For our National and Local Leaders to be good people.

-----------------------------

Chris.

It is wise for us to pray for our National and Local Leaders, that they will be good leaders. Popularity is not the important point, ability is the important point. All the other points are secondary, ability to lead is really the most important. In whatever realm, government or Church, look for able leaders.

Two Choices For Believing!

"Two Choices For Believing."

John 14:11.

a)  "Believe Me that I am in the Father

b)  "And the Father is in Me.

c)  "Or at least Believe

Chris.

The Bible calls us to humble ourselves. This should be a life long story in our lives as True Believers. It is clear that  if we are not humble we are to humble ourselves under the Mighty Hand of God. This is a safe and secure place to be! The Mighty Hand of God is eternally changeless. We can always trust in God and His Promises!

PRAY: To Deal With Proud People.

-------------------------

Chris.

The Book of Job tells us that the allies of proud people will lie prostrate before the Lord. I have seen such examples of this during "ministry prayer times" in the past. I did not see this as being "slain by the Holy Spirit", I saw it more as a form of deliverance. It is amazing how, sometimes, God deals with people when they are prostrate before Him, whether it is voluntary or involuntary.
