c) If we have this Faith, we will have Life in His Name.
(This Second one reminds me of the simple principle – Read And Believe)
------
Chris.
The autonomy of the local Church is an important Biblical Principle. It does not mean however that the Church should have an independent and unsubmissive mind. The local Church should be in cooperative fellowship with other local Churches and also listen to their spiritual Fathers such as founding pastors and overseers of their denominations.

Chris.
Terror is a very common word today because of the actions of terrorists all over the World. There are two things that I deeply consider about terror and terrorists. Firstly, are they being adequately punished so as to deter terrorism? Secondly, God has allowed terror on the Earth to call people to Himself and realise the He is the only True place of Security.

We live in days when it is getting increasingly difficult to be saying openly about Jesus. There is not only persecution from people of other beliefs but also there are laws being passed by governments prohibiting such a thing. This means we True Believers need Wisdom and the Holy Spirit’s power and leading to enable us to be effective witnesses of Jesus Christ.

‘Apostolic Church Planting Ministry And Mission.’
1 Corinthians 4:9-15.

The Church needs wise people to oversee the ministry and life of the Church. Families need wise leaders to lead their families well.

-------------------------
Chris.
Every Message in every True Church is to be based on what the Bible says. There is no need to “bend” our Message to try to fit the people that we are speaking to because the Bible fits every culture. All counsel, to be effective, needs to be based on what the Bible says, if not, the counsellor is exalting themselves against God.

d) This free gift cannot be earned.
e) This free gift is Eternal Life through Jesus Christ the Lord.
(Through this Second one I find a simple choice, Wages Or Gift)
------------------------
Chris.
The Bible is not like a Church hand book, only to be opened on Sundays, rather it is the very clear Word of God that gives us direction for our lives. It is the “Voice of God” for us today. Our lives need to be in submission to and based upon the Bible. Without a Bible based life it is very difficult for us to live in this World as True Believers.

----------------------
Chris.
The most important thing is that we are living in and practising the Will of God. The Promises of God are meaningless if we do not obey His Will. It is True that all things are possible. If this Promise is to apply to our lives we need to be living consciously in the Will of God.

Chris.
There is a twofold need in the Churches today about Teaching. Firstly there is a need for good Teaching of the Word of God in the Churches so that Believers can be built up and made mature in Christ. Secondly, there needs to be a new desire amongst Believers to be taught the Word of God.

(This Second one strongly reasons with me: Do Not Judge Other People)
-----------------
Chris.
When we enter into judgement on other people we are often entering into the dangerous ground of religious legalism. We abuse God’s Word by making measures and judge other people with these measures. This is really not a good way to live and we need to repent of it if necessary.

When the Bible tells us that God so loved the World that He gave His only begotten Son to die on the Cross as the punishment for our sins, it is the very centre of the Gospel. We also need to remember that Jesus Christ was and is so Precious to God the Father. What amazing Love God has for us.

If we are True Believers we need to realise that our inner man is being renewed day by day through our personal relationship with God. The renewal of the inner man is much more important than the healing of the outer man. Outer man is a temporary tent. Inner man is Eternal.

A Sobering Thought!

‘A Sobering Thought.’
1 Corinthians 3:16-17.
When we read here and in other Scriptures about the Temple of the Holy Spirit there are two definitions of this phrase and both are applicable. The first is that as individuals we are temples of the Holy Spirit. The Second is that the assembly of True Believers is the Temple of the Holy Spirit.

------------
Chris.
God does not criticise. He may discipline us and He may correct us but He never criticises us. To criticise is not part of God’s activity/ To criticise is sin and people who do it need to repent of it.

(Throuth this Second one I want to have Sound Judgment And Discernment)
-----------
Chris.
It is embarrassing and a very difficult experience if we stumble spiritually. There will need to be some kind of Restoration process. If we cause other people to stumble, that is sin. Let us keep free from spiritual stumbling in every way.

Chris.
We are God’s People and our God is a Living God and a Loving God. Surely, daily we need His Grace and Help in all aspects of our lives. Through the Words of God we can find what is Right and follow that way.
